TLDR: Because I want you to know that it is possible and you are capable of Living Without Limits!
You can come to physical therapy with an injury or you can come for injury prevention and wellness services. Either way, not only will you reach your goals, you will get even further and crush them!
It is too much of a common belief that we are always going to be in pain and we just have to deal with being in pain or living with some type of injury or limitation, that keeps us from doing the things that we want to be able to do.
How many times have you given up running around with your kids or grandkids or nieces/nephews, because you were worried about throwing out your back again or flaring up your old knee injury? Or how many times have you bent over to pick up a pen or tie your shoe, and you felt your back “give out” and then you couldn’t move comfortably for weeks? Are you not able to lift weights or run or do the things you love that are more active because of an old shoulder injury, or simply because you’re just nervous about hurting yourself?
These are for sure common things that people deal with, but they do not have to be what is normal! With the right physical therapist and physical therapy care, you can do the things that you love and you can do them with less worry about whether you are going to have pain or hurt yourself. You can do the things you want to do and you can do the things you love and you don’t have to miss out on any of them! You just have to have the right help and care and guidance to be able to get there!
If you are going to a physical therapy clinic where you are not being treated one on one and you are not being heard and are not being given the care you deserve and are just getting good enough, this isn’t the way that it has to be. You deserve the BEST care and one on one attention and your goals deserve to evolve as you continue to improve and you have right and ability to CRUSH those goals and go after what you want!
So why are we called “Live Without Limits”? Because that it EXACTLY what you deserve to do and are capable of doing!
Thanks for being here!
